Pricing:
Trip Habibi strives to provide competitive prices for all our travel and tour packages. Our online booking system allows for convenient and hassle-free reservations, ensuring that you get the best value for your money. Except if in any case referenced, costs cited on our site are charged per individual premise and do exclude tips given to the drivers or guides, passport and visa expenses, travel insurance, refreshments, stay, room services, and laundry. The mentioned rates might change, especially if there is a sudden rise in the rates of airline tickets, transport costs, or hotel rates.

 Methods Of Payment:
Trip Habibi accepts payment through all major credit cards, which include MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Discover, and American Express. Payment should be made by credit card, and clients are entitled to give their Credit card information in order to complete the transaction. This will be displayed as a charge on your assertion.

Payment Confirmation :
When you are done with the payment, our travel expert will email you the payment confirmation slip. The payment slip can be printed as proof and used to redeem your tour package from the service provider. However, ensure that you have provided the right data relating to your trip requirements while booking. This will help us ensure that the payment confirmation slip contains accurate information and avoids any issues during the redemption process.

Cancellation :
•Each Tour activity, hotel, or attraction has its own cancellation policy, so before booking any of our tours from Trip Habibi, make sure to read the cancellation policy of that specific tour.
•Tourist visa fees, once paid, are not refundable on our website.

 Not Showing up :
If you don't show up for the tour due to any circumstances, no refunds or discounts will be provided, and neither full nor half payment will be returned. The same conditions apply to unused tickets, car-rental services, sightseeing visits, and chauffeur-driven services. Similarly, the rescheduling option is not available for confirmed tours; movement to and from airports and other travel-related services can't be rescheduled. It is important to note that these policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency in managing tour bookings and services. We highly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions before making any reservations to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstanding regarding refunds and rescheduling. 

Cancellation Procedures:
Before canceling a tour package, read the cancellation policy carefully. If you need to cancel a part of your booking, contact Trip Habibi via email, fax, or telephone to confirm the cancellation and payment. Trip Habib will not be held responsible for cancellations that are not notified to them and confirmed by them.

Schedule changes:
Trip Habibi offers flexible routes and services based on local weather conditions and aviation schedules. They declare schedule changes before departure and reserve the right to make minor alterations without repayment. No refunds are made for major disasters like floods, storms, and earthquakes.

Hotel Accommodation, Check-in-Check-Out Policy:
Trip Habibi will provide a similar alternative in the same range and standard if accommodations are unavailable. Check-in and check-out policies depend on the chosen hotel, and Trip Habibi cannot be held responsible for delayed or early check-in or check-out demands due to busy schedules.

Travel Insurance:
Trip Habibi cannot be held responsible for harm or damage caused by accidents, sickness, injury, loss of items, or trip cancellations. Instead, they recommend clients use travel insurance policies for unexpected situations.

Travel Documents:
Tourists must ensure they carry the necessary documents for their tour, such as passports and ID cards. Foreign tourists should check with their country's office for section necessities, visa requirements, and health requirements, as no reimbursement is provided. It is also crucial to check with their office regarding current visa and health requirements, as they may change without prior notice.
